Therapeutic Postnatal Yoga Services

With additional training and education in pre/postnatal yoga, Rebecca has created Therapeutic Postnatal Services.  As a mother, Rebecca understands the big changes that being a parent brings to the mind and body and caters the package to fit the new mother’s needs.  Here are the services currently being offered:

 

Private Postnatal Packages Include:

  • In-Home Visits
  • Mama Well Check
  • Diastasis Recti Education & Information
  • Postural Guidance
  • Pranayama
  • Guided Meditation
  • Breath Centered Yoga Practice Once Cleared For Movement
  • Individual At-Home Practice Catered To Life With a Newborn
  • Provide Any Resources/Referrals Needed

Package Schedule:

  • 1st Session: Between 4-6 Weeks Postpartum (does not include physical yoga practice)
  • 2nd Session: Between 8-12 Weeks Postpartum
  • 3rd Session: Between 12-16 Weeks Postpartum
  • Additional Sessions Can Be Added Beyond 16 Weeks

 

Semi-Private Postnatal Groups Include:
