As a mother, Rebecca understands the big changes that being a parent brings to the mind and body and caters the package to fit the new mother’s needs. Here are the services currently being offered:
Private Postnatal Packages Include:

- Diastasis Recti Education & Information
- Postural Guidance

- Breath Centered Yoga Practice Once Cleared For Movement
- Individual At-Home Practice Catered To Life With a Newborn
- Provide Any Resources/Referrals Needed
Package Schedule:
- 1st Session: Between 4-6 Weeks Postpartum (does not include physical yoga practice)
- 2nd Session: Between 8-12 Weeks Postpartum
- 3rd Session: Between 12-16 Weeks Postpartum
- Additional Sessions Can Be Added Beyond 16 Weeks
