Ma Yoga Mom + Baby Yoga/Prenatal Combo: Come join other Moms and Moms-to-be for these Prenatal Yoga & Mom + Baby yoga classes incorporating therapeutic alignment principles to create space in your body, in your mind and muscles, and in your heart for your Self and your baby. All levels of experience welcome. For Prenatal Yoga, all trimesters are welcome, all way through 40 weeks (and after that to help get things going!). For Mom + Baby Yoga, you can start whenever your doctor gives you the OK to exercise, and go all the way through crawling (it does get hard when they are mobile for you to get any yoga in…). Enjoy it now mama! Come do what you can and enjoy some time with your breath, your baby and other mamas…

Ma Yoga Prenatal Yoga: Some women start Prenatal Yoga the moment they find out they’re pregnant, others discover it in their last month. These friendly, strengthening, heart-opening drop-in classes will help you feel great, nom matter where you are on your journey.  Prenatal Yoga is safe for any trimester, and perfect for any level of yoga experience from raw beginner onward. In each class, you will be led step by step through therapeutic postures and alignment that will help you stabilize your joints, connect to your breath and to your baby, and find support, guidance, and inspiration for enjoying your journey and becoming the mom you want to be!

Yoga for ALL: This class is perfect for those dealing with stress, injuries, anxiety, depression and any other issues that can arise in your day-to-day living. This is a wonderful class if you are hesitant to go to a yoga class due to your specific needs. Rebecca would love to speak to you before your first class to get the best idea of what you want and what your goals are for practicing yoga.  This class is open to all levels and offers a breath
centered yoga practice that is truly customized based on who walks in the door. In this comfortable group setting you will receive individualized attention and modifications will be offered to everyone as needed. There will be a brief meditation at the end of each class to send you on your way in a state of bliss. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to speak with the teacher and let her know your needs or areas to address so you are getting the most out of your yoga practice.
